TO PREVENT STROKE
 DRINK TEA!

(actually, tea suppresses my appetite and keeps the pounds from invading....Green tea is great for our immune system)!

Kiwi:

Apple:
 An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low Vitamin C content, it has antioxidants &flavonoids which enhances the activity of Vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke. 


Strawberry:
 Protective fruit. Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits &protects the body from cancer causing, blood vessels clogging free radicals.(Actually, any berry is good for you..they're high in anti-oxidants and they actually keep us young.........blueberries are the best and very versatile in the health field........they get rid of all the free-radicals that invade our bodies) 


Orange
: Sweetest medicine. Taking 2 - 4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessen the risk of colon cancer


Watermelon:
 Coolest Thirst Quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione which helps boost our immune system. They are also a key source of lycopene - the cancer fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon are Vitamin C &Potassium. (watermelon also has natural substances [natural SPF sources] that keep our skin healthy, protecting our skin from those darn suv rays)

Wahai Anak Adam!

Wahai anak Adam!

Sekujur tubuh terbaring, muka pucat, sejuk, beku dan kaku tidak bermaya.Tapi nun di satu sudut, rohnya masih berada di sisi jasad memperhatikan saja tubuhnya di perlakukan orang. Sewaktu semua perhiasan dan pakaian yang di banggakan dulu di bukakan maka terdengarlah roh menjerit-jerit, merintih dan merayu. Semua makhluk mendengar jeritan kecuali jin dan manusia.

"Wahai orang yang memandikan, ku minta kepadamu kerana Allah, supaya melepaskan pakaianku dengan perlahan-lahan. Sebab pada saat ini aku baru saja beristirahat daripada seretan malaikat maut…!"

Oleh itu, ketika hendak menanggalkan pakaian-pakaian saudara kita yang yang telah meninggal sebaiknya dilakukan dengan perlahan. Jika susah untuk dibuka, gunting saja pakaian tersebut. Orang yang meninggal dunia (yakni ketika roh di cabut oleh malaikat maut), sakitnya seperti di tikam 300 kali. Walaupun pada lahirnya tubuhnya masih sempurna tapi pada hakikatnya tubuh tersebut telah hancur luluh.

Begitu juga waktu dimandikan, dikafankan, dan seterusnya sewaktu di usung ke kubur, roh senantiasa merintih mengharapkan pembelaan daripada manusia. Sewaktu air disiramkan ke badannya ia berteriak: "Wahai orang yang memandikan roh, Demi Allah, janganlah engkau menuangkan air mu dalam keaadaan panas. Dan jangan pulak terlalu sejuk.Sebab tubuhku terbakar dengan keluarnya roh."

Dan ketika mereka memandikan berkatalah roh: "Demi Allah, Wahai orang yang memandikan, janganlah engkau menggosok aku dengan kuat. Sebab tubuhku luka-luka dengan keluarnya rohku."

Sewaktu di mandikan dan di bersihkan najis kepada kemaluan, janganlah di biarkan mayat tersebut terbuka hingga menampakkan auratnya, sudah tentu roh berasa malu dan menangis bila auratnya di pertunjukkan pada orang. Sedangkan ketika hidup sangat di jaga auratnya itu.

Begitulah seterusnya, mayat merasa sakit sekiranya tubuhnya di perlakukan dengan kasar. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, keluarga dan juga para tamu yang datang janganlah cuma menangis dan bersedih. Sebaliknya hulurkanlah bantuan dengan menghadiahkan bacaan Ya'asin ataun sekurang-kurangnya sedekahkanlah Al Fatihah.

Rasulullah sendiri melarang berbincang bincang hal-hal dunia di hadapan mayat. Apalagi mengumpat dan menceritakan keburukkannya semasa hidup. Begitu juga dengan memasak dan makan-minum di rumah yang di dalamnya ada mayat. Usahakanlah memberi bantuan kepada kaum keluarga yang telah ditinggalkan oleh saudara mereka.

Sewaktu mayat dikeluarkan dari rumah, roh pun meyeru:
"Demi Allah, wahai jemaah ku, Aku telah meninggalkan isteriku menjadi janda. Maka janganlah kamu menyakitinya.Anak-anak ku telah menjadi yatim, maka janganlah kalian menyakiti mereka.. Sesungguhnya Pada hari ini aku dikeluarkan dari rumahku dan aku tidak akan kembali selamanya."

Perkara-perkara yang perlu di tekankan di sini untuk umat Islam:
Jangan di sediakan makan dan minum di rumah yang ada mayat kerana pernah saya menghadiri pengkebumian saudara-saudara kita dan masih ramai malah mereka dengan tidak sedar menyediakan makan minum kepada para tamu yang datang melayat orang yang meninggal kerana mereka sebenarnya tidak tahu(jahil)
Asingkanlah tempat untuk di mandikan mayat tadi dari pandangan orang dan setidaknya di tiraikan kain atau langsir atau tempat khusus bagi menjaga keaiban pada mayat tadi.Dan yang paling diingat, Jangan membongkar keaiban orang yan sudah meninggal tadi selepas kita mandikan mayatnya. Najis keaiban itu adalah suatu dosa yang paling besar!!!! Naudzubillah

Oleh sebab itu di tekankan di sini, sebaik baiknya orang yang akan sama-sama untuk memandikan mayat biarlah dari kaum keluarga yang paling dekat sekali terutama anak-anak dan cucu-cucu.Dalam menjaga keaiban keluarganya yang telah pergi, Semoga di berkati oleh Allah adanya.

Jangan berdiam diri saja atau berbincang -bincang dalam soal keduniaan apabila kita melawat orang yang meninggal kerana mayat tersebutsesungguhnya berada dalam keaadan kesakitan sehingga di kuburkan. Sebaik -baiknya bacalah Yaasin dan sedekahkanlah Al Fatihah untuk orang yang telah meninngal dunia.

Penghantaran ke kuburan, sebaik-baiknya kaum keluarga yang terdekat sekali terutama anak –anak dan cucu-cucu mengusung dan menguburkan mayat sehingga akhir, ke liang-lahat kerana mereka lebih mengetahui, lebih memahami, lebih mengenal, lebih terasa akan kehalusan persaudaraan dalam aspek menjaga , mengawal dan menentukan mayat akan lebih selesai dari saat menghembuskan nafas terakhir sehingga di kuburkan..

Dalam suatu riwayat di sebutkan: Sewaktu roh terpisah dari tubuh, ia di panggil dari langit dengan tiga kali jeritan:

"Wahai anak Adam! "
"Apakah kamu meninggalkan dunia atau dunia meninggalkan kamu?"
"Apakah kamu mengumpulkan dunia ataukah dunia mengumpulkan kamu?"
"Apakah kamu mematikan dunia ataukah dunia mematikan kamu?"
Sewaktu mayat di pikul di atas usungan, terdengar lagi tiga jeritan:

Wahai anak Adam!
"Sangat berbahagialah kamu jika kamu termasuk orang yang bertaubat."
"Sangat berbahagialah kamu jika amalanmu baik."
"Sangat berbahagialah kamu jika sahabat-sahabatmu dalam keredhaan Allah."
Sewaktu mayat di letakkan untuk di sholatkan maka ia di panggil tiga kali teriakan:

Wahai anak Adam!
"Segala amal yang telah kamu lakukan akan kamu lihat!"
"Jika amal perbuatan baik, maka kamu akan melihat baik!"
"Jika amal perbuatan kamu jelek, kamupun akan melihat jelek!"
Kemudian apabila mayat sudah berada di tepi kubur
Ia memanggil lagi dalam tiga teriakan

Wahai anak Adam!
"Bukankah kamu menambah damai pada tempat yang sempit ini?"
"Bukankah kamu membawa kekayaan di tempat kefakhiran ini?"
"Bukankah kamu membawa cahaya penerang di tempat yang gelap ini?"
Dan jika mayat di letak di liang lahat maka ia pun dipanggil dengan teriakan tiga kali

Wahai anak Adam!
"Kamu diatas punggungku bersenda gurau, tapi kamu dalam perut ku menjadi menangis."
"Kamu berada di atas punggungku bergembira ria, tapi kamu dalam perutku menjadi cemas dan duka."
"Kamu di atas punggungku dapat berbicara, tapi kamu dalam perutku menjadi diam."
Setelah para manusia pulang meninggalkan mayat yang sudah dikuburkan itu lalu Allah SWT berfirman:

"Wahai hamba Ku, kamu tetap terpencil dan sendirian, para manusia sudah pergi dan pulang meninggalkanmu dalam kegelapan kubur. Padahal kamu telah berbuat maksiat kepadaKu kerana para manusia, kerana isteri dan kerana anak. Namun aku sangat kasihan kepada mu pada hari ini dengan limpahan rahmat, yang dengannya para makhluk sama kagum. Dan aku lebih kasihan kepada mu daripada kasih ibu kepada anaknya."

Demikianlah keterangan dalam suatu riwayat mengenai beberapa ucapan dan jeritan serta teriakan yang di tujukan kepada mayat, sejak rohnya lepas dari tubuhnya sehingga mayat ditutup tanah dalam kubur.

Blah la ko Murtabak

Salam,
Kesian dengar pasal pelajar-pelajar kita kat mesir sana, nak makan susah, nak berjalan susah, nak berjimba apatah lagi. Duit ada pun tak boleh nak bawak keluar pasal bank semua tutup. Kesian eh.

Semoga sahabat handai yang berada di Mesir, ustazah seimura di mansourah, dr biaxbetul di mana ntah, tp mesir jgk, tabah menghadapi ujian hidup ni. Bestlah korang, ada modal nak eksyen ngan anak cucu nanti.
